got a p1316 code

It says injection driver mod codes detected. Is my idm out or could it be something else?

What is your truck doing? Need more info. to help. Often a 1316 along with rough running is caused by one of the uvhc plug coming loose under the valve cover. The 1316 means codes are stored in the idm and have to do a buzz test to retrieve them.

No power, lots of smoke, poor fuel mileage,and rough idle. Top speed was 45 coming home last night from work.
