radio delete

I have come across a factory radio delete instrument bezel was gonna cut it out to put a cd player in my truck? I have been told it might be rare anybody have any idea if it is or should i just cut it? ( had this on here already but changed title thought it mage more since

why cut it out when you can cut out a regular one that is more plentiful??

Thats what I was going to say. Just take one that is set up for the stock radio with the 2 ***** and cut it out to fit the CD player.
