I went through a similar experence not to long ago and thanks to these guys I found the problem and got my truck back on the road.
What is the pressure rating on the fuel line you used?
Those fuel pumps can suck a carb rated fuel line flat after the rubber warms up abit. In my case it put me on the side of the road after 10 miles every time. I also found that I was sucking air at the nipple on top of the tank. I used a hand vacuum pump to locate the leak.
When you listed you live data your exhaust back pressure seemed low for towing that heavy of a load. Your boost should reach 20 pretty quick with the chip on. that would give you some where around 40 psi of drive pressure. I don't no if the EBP sensor would pick that up though.
Just some thoughts for you to think about.
