Those are speed sensor codes. You might want to make sure everything is ok under the truck. No wires ripped out or anything like that. So you're saying at idle you have 45psi, but when you throttle it you drop to 8psi? Does it stall?
The rattling is probably detonation from the lean condition caused by low fuel pressure. It should maintain that 45psi throughout the entire rpm range. Did you replace the fuel pump ASSEMBLY or just the pump inside? The pump should be internally regulated. It should also hold pressure after key is turned off. I'm suspecting a problem with the fuel pump, but it could have a wiring problem also.
I only replace the fuel pump itself.
I've another truck in the yard with is a F250 V10 I'll remove the fuel pump ***'y and try it in my 5.4L. I think they are the same.
Never install a used fuel pump. All the time you'll waste replacing bad fuel pumps with more bad fuel pumps, you can get a new one. Then you can go to work & make money.
