If you need guidance on a valve job, I would recommend just taking the heads to a competent machine shop to have them rebuilt. Specialized tools are required to replace the valve seats and machine the valve edges to the proper angle or angles that most people do not have in the average tool box. The cost of purchasing the proper tools is much more than paying a machine shop to do the same work.
Still, I'm with Krewat. Why do you think this engine needs a "valve job"? What problem are you trying to solve?

interesting clues
I just bought this with 200 k......low end miss ( BAD ) smoothes out at 2000 RPM FIRST changed the oil and the plugs........still missing.....one plug came out with a collar and fouled......a week later that plug was fouled again...CHANGED ALL THE BOOTS.....still missing...the dealer stuck a scope down there ( to veiw the threads as the collar was not correct ) HE SAID OOH OOOOO and put everything away.....I said what does THAT mean he let me see in the scope A FOURTH OF THE VALVE WAS GONE !!dealer mech said the bottom end was propably good SOOOOO I pulled the heads half a dozen ex studs were broken anyway.....I beleive whatever FREAK put the wrong sleeve in there left chunks of metal in the chamber and busted stuff to heck......THREE OTHER VALVES ARE BURNT>........the great news is you can still see the cross hatches on all the bore holes...RO JAMS MACHINE shop in OMAHA has the heads they are being x rayed ...... PLANED ..... 3 angle valve grind ..... studs removed I AM CONFIDENT THIS ENGINE WILL BE BETTER THEN NEW !! WE WILL SEE SEE
