looking for a zf
im told that my 1/2 ton has the mazda trans. i wanted to beef it up by getting a zf out of a 3/4 or bigger. where's the best spot to get zf? i check the junkyards all the time but i have a hard time finding one.

not to sound like a smarta$$ but a lot of people want that transmission, best bet would probably be local junkyards ( which you said you havnt had any luck there ) local ads like a 'I Wanta' (thats whats around here, first thing that came to mind) or if your lucky you may find something off of craigslist, thats how i got mine, bought the whole truck for 400 dollars, even told the seller the tranny was worth more than that alone, they didnt care just wanted the truck gone

well if ur pockets are lined with cash u can buy a brand new one... well its a reman
