Check your fuel pressure...I just lost a couple because of low fuel pressure (45 psi at operating temp).

I had to replace #1 & #3...went ahead and replaced #5 & #7 while I was in there. As far as how I did it....from the Tech Folder:

It's not a horrible job...just takes time to get down to them and a couple of particular tools. Like a ratcheting 12mm box wrench. With the help of a buddy we were pulling them out after about 2 hours of work.

Fuel pressure is very important to the life of the injectors on the 6.0 If you haven't done so already, search updated regulator and install it on your truck. Your wallet will thank you

the latist flash about 5 months ago.
no need to take it in the wallet.... Im think they may stick you a little lower.
no really reflash is 5/100 warranty in most cases. if your past that you are what we like to refer to as an owner. sould run you about $100.00 to get it done.

Not sure, but I wouldn't go that route. I don't know about the Auto Zones & Oreilly's in your area...but around here they've got kids working in there that if it's not on a ricer they don't have a clue. If someone hasn't beaten me to this (cough, Cheezit) here are some part numbers:

Ford Updated Spring kit: 3C3Z9T517

Navistar Kit: 1843065C94
