Changing a U-joint

I need to change a u-joint on the passenger in my 1984 f-250 4x4. Does anyone know how to change it that can give me a step by step directions for it? I am to the point where I want explode the truck even though I love my truck.

you have to take the whole spindle off then pull the axle out, it aint fast but its easy
