trailer hookup issues

Hey guys and girls,
I am having a serious problem i need corrected by tomorrow morning......I have no lights on my trailer. its not the trailer itself or the connection.....I believe it has something to do with the fuses. I am getting no voltage on the truck end of the hookup, as in, i put a voltometer to all rods on the 6 round hookup and i get nothing. I have changed all the bad fuses under the dash and still nothing. I have heard that the trailer hookup fuses are under the hood but all i could find next to the brake master cylinder (on the right side of the engine compartment) was a little box that had three fuse ports, one of which was empty. both of the ones that are in place there are getting power. Now that Ive thoroughly bored all of you.....any ideas? or am i gonna have to dump 200 plus at the dealership???? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!!!

Drivers side on top of the fender should have quite a few more than 3 Fuses in it?

Think in 01 or 02 they moved the fuses under the dash

My box with many relays and many fuses is between the brake booster and the fender.

Check the ground wire on both units more than once I've chased down problems and many times it has been the ground wire.

Thanks Nick 99 and megawatt00 this is a great addition to my library though most of the contents are for my Wrangler. Always helpful to have a schematic.
