Apparently coolant system is experiencing extreme pressure which is venting coolant out of the degas bottle on my '05 6.0 130K mi. no other observed leaks. assumption is blown head gasket causing pressure. Cylinder compression test did not indicate problem cylinder/side, but venting only occurs under load or after engine has been run some time.
Assuming head gaskets are issue, what else should i consider checking/replacing?
(i have scanned the tech folder, but not sure diff on some fail points vs nice upgrades)
1) EGR delete done (egr failed previously)
2) coolant filter done (definitely needed)
3) degas bottle done
3) STC done
4) head studs (assumed)
5) oil cooler?
6) FICM resolder?
7) fuel regulator spring?
8) CCV mod? (addresses what?)
9) return regulator fuel system?
I need to get a few more years out of this truck, so i want to hit the major fail points.
