I promised to post when finished up.
My orignal idea was to mount both my Insight and FP guage on the pillar. After a couple hours, couple beers I didnt like the way it fit on the A pillar, so I just went with this... Thanks to all(you to William)
That is exactly the set up I am looking at. I have the Edge Insight CS and the pod on order. Where did you get the mount for the FP Guage. I have seen several but everyone seems to require screwing to the dash.
looks like you fp gauge is a little croocked . Or is that just the pic? On a side note, what are you doing taking pics while you are driving?
Nah, its not crooked. I have no idea how the heck I posted pics side by side like that? But I couldn't fiqure out how to change it. Pics were taken with Iphone, don't have any other camera right now.(don't try this at home)
What did you mount the insight with. It looks like it would cover the vent.

Just velcro, clears vent just fine. I tried like hell to mount both on A pillar. Edge's pillar mount is a pretty fit for the Insight. Its made for the attitude and has to be modified a bit to fit the Insight in it but it can be done. The problem was theres no way to fit both the Insight and the FP guage because they are both meant to be in the same spot. After messing with it for a while, the Insight just sat crooked in there...

I got both gauge and pillar mount from Sinister Diesel. Fits right over stock A pillar.
