"custom cab" wtf does it mean

Sorry for intruding on this forum as it was what google led me to when I posed the question in google search for information on my truck. I thought that the word Custom would generally have the same meaning no matter what year your truck was and since this forum had the topic going it made sense to me to ask. I get LMC and NPD and neither of them have the F150 Custom badge available. Nor have I found any on any web search either. Again I apologize for intruding in your forum space. Thanks for all the assistance. What a great country we live in.
