I was kinda looking for a simple digital gauge that reads boost and EGT only... but a scangauge would be nice. Just don't know if I could afford one...
ScanGauge is a couple hundred bucks, depending where you get it. It's worth it though as it reads and clears DTC's, does buzz and cct test and reads just about every sensor on the truck real time. The adapter for the EGT is ridicules expensive so the best bet is to go with a 2 gauge pillar pod. ScanGauge in one and a normal EGT in the other, IMO.
We had another scan gauge group buy a month ago or so and Jim said that he couldn't get the gauges till first part of august. Maybe send him an email and see if you can get in on the discount. Can't hurt to try, haven't gotten mine yet so maybe you can
glow shift has a 3in1 that goes on the dash, boost, exhast temp, oil temp. the two temp readings are digital. the kit is 169.99, I have been trying to make up witch way to go, if you goggle glow shift and look at it and tell us what you think.
IMO don't waste the money on the Blowshift.... my brothers glowshift guages SUCK, IMO... they were a major PITA to install since they don't send you everything needed for installation, their boost line SUX(not the hard line w/ compression fittings, just normal vacuum line basically). If you do get anything Glowshift make sure you have lots of wire, a solution for their junky boost line, and more wire...
