good source for coils?

good source for coils?
Does any one have a good source for coils('01 exp w/5.4)? unless I am reading this stuff incorrectly on line, most I've found are in the $50 range, is that each? ($400 in parts?) I know that this was been covered in other post, but what is the recommended torque on the plugs?

My experience with them has not been so good. I bought a set about 2 years ago (~35K miles) and have had almost every one of them go bad. As they go bad, I've been replacing w/ the $50 NAPA ones, and have not had problems with them yet.

My son replaced the coils on his Cobra his with a set of Accel coils and is not happy with the performance. I don't know if any of the Accels have gone bad yet.
