76 f100 frans problem

76 f100 frans problem
I have a 1976 f100 with a 302 5L and a t18 trans. Lately, my clutch is ingaging and disingaging in a diftent spot evey time when I go to shift and some times in the afternoon, it dosen't want to go in or out of gear. 
Atm I am thinking that my cluch needs replaced. Dose that sound rite any one?

Ok so I droped the trans tonight. The through out berring fell in to 3 or 4 peices and the presher plate's fingers were chepped like hell. Tomarrow after class the new set is going in and I realy that will be all for at least a wile.
