Good morning guys... TGIF! And, the company is throwing a bbq for us today. The only thing better than a free-lunch-and-blue-jeans-Friday would be a day off.

As in a single action?
if so, I'm jealous.

I have seen bits and pieces of your thread, I'm really wanting to get myself a maverick for a project car, you don't see many anymore, your '67 is turning out beautiful from what I saw.......I wish I had the Cash/Space to do something like that.
Yep, single action... just your basic six-shooter. After watching some of the other guys empty their clips and snap a new one in, I'm thinking I might have to get a semi-auto of some sort too. Of course, I'd burn through a lot more bullets with a semi-auto, and the hobby would get more expensive pretty quickly!

You have to watch out for us quiet guys, Pat... The wifey wants a 9mm of some sort since she has to test on one every so often for the military. She can't decide which one she wants, however.
Anytime man, You know, Sparky83 has a 92F, I've got a Glock 19 and a Springfield XD .45 ACP
I was looking at the Glock 19LE. Thought for sure my wife would like it, but she didn't seem too interested. So, if I buy it for her, and she doesn't like it.... darn, I'd just have to keep it for myself.
I'd really like to have an H&K 9mm. I carried one when I was on security here at the plant. That is one sweet gun! Wouldn't mind have a Sig Sauer .45 either! Kind of pricey, though.

That would not be too hard to deal with I am sure....lol.
Rob, might I reccomend the Springfield XD 9mm, my father in law was looking over my shoulder, says you couldnt go wrong one bit with a Ruger 9mm either.
I'm starting to fancy the New Beretta PX4 SubCompact.......look into them and let me know what happens.

It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make...
There is a nice gun shop in Sioux Falls with an indoor range. They've got quite a few demo guns you can try out before buying. The wife and I are planning to do that sometime so she can figure out what she wants.
