Got it all back together. No leaks! (YET) I had to cut the *U* gasket on the oil pan, but couldn't cut the gasket on the sides of the pan(they had a metal structure). Anyway, RTV'ed the housing and the sides of the oil pan where I had tried to cut the passenger side and realized it wouldn't cut through, and bolted it all together. That was really easy, even though I thought I didn't have the harmonic balancer far enough on, but re-did it and everything was good.

Nice write up. I'll be doing the timing cover tomorrow. How did you get the harmonic balancer back on? Shall I just use the center bolt and impact gun to suck it back on?

Balancer goes back on just by tightening the bolt back up. I just used a breaker bar. I have no air tools
