I had the same operation at his age. Mom said I was running her crazy in a few days after it. I barely remember it. You enjoy these days off with him. They couldn't come at a better time.

Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers.

He is running around today like nothing happened. It is hard trying to get him to stay still.

Now if he would just take his medicine.

Well my daughter and I went and picked up the horse today. It turned out to be a little over 2 years old. She is skinny. We will put the feed to her and see what she becomes.

My daughter truly loves Horses.

Good morning friends. I don't have much planned to do today. Just what's important. Spending time with my family.

Morning Robert
How much rain you get over your way? We got about a inch here at the Tx coast. But dang it hot. Need to do a little mowing at the camp site today and figure out if I want BBQ shrimp or chicken tonight?

Good morning America, we had a nice rainy day yesterday, the slow easy soaking kind. I won't have to water anything for a few days. We have been looking at 5th wheelers the last few days, anyone have any inside scoop on which ones are the best!!!!

You going used or new?

Travel Trailer RVs, Fifth Wheel RV,Toy Hauler RV,Class C RV,Class B RV,Class A RV,Truck Camper RV,Popup RV,Hybrid

Some of the better ones
Big Sky Montana
Holiday Rambler
Keystone
Cameo
Cardinal
Cari-Lite
Cedar Creek
HitchHiker

I buy used ones about 1 to 2 yrs old, that way most of the bugs are worked out and you still get a waranty. Mines a Travel Supreme they are out of buisness now but its well built.

Hey Rocky, thanks for the reply, since we are brand new at this, I really have no idea where to start, but I think I want a used 34 to 38 ft higher end with all of the goodies, like generator, washer dryer, 3 sliders, etc, It will basically be just for Karen and I, so we don't need a lot of bunk beds, , so far we have looked at a couple of New WildCats(lower end), a used Escalade & a used Mobile Suites (both higher end) The Mobile Suite really impressed me, it was a 2007 model with a generator and at $53,000 was about 1/2 the cost of new, from what I can tell, they really depreciate in 1st 2 or 3 years then kinda level off, is that what you find???
