Mike, sorry to hear about your fuel pump, hope it doesn't cause you too bad of a problem. & talking about the weedeater , I have a commercial RedMax, it's about 4 years old & never had a problem until yesterday, when I went to start it, & pulled the cord, no back pressure at all, do you have any idea what that might be???

Not the recoil spring but start asest spring if it has it
RedMax is just a shindaiwa very good trimmer
When u pull the rope do you have any exchaust blowing out of the mufler

Hey Mike, No No exhaust comig outof the muffler, just a easy pull , no resistance at all!!
if it has start asest then you need to pull the rope housing it could be the spring in there if the spring is broke the it want spin the crank

Hello Louisiana and friends.
I left Carthage TX @ 6:15 this morning. I got to Ruston LA a little after 8, My son had surgery there today. He had Tonsiles and Adnoids removed and tubes put in his ears. He is right now sitting in my wifes lap eating ice creame. It looks like he will be fine.
It looks like I will be home for 3 weeks before I go to Pennsylvania.
