Cleaning seats

I have an 05 F250 that has seats that are of a texture with small holes throughout. reminds me of a knitted material. Anyway the dirt and grime gets down in the holes. How can you clean these seats? I have tried some of the foam upholstery cleaners that come in a can, all that they do is soak in and then leave a stain because you can't wipe it all off

I have vacuumed out what dirt I could get but some are stains from grease, oil, coffee, etc

1) Drive to a reputable full service car wash.
2) Order an interior steam clean. (They will shampoo the carpet and steam clean the seats.)
3) Drive home in a clean interior.

I like to use Tuff Stuff. I have the same type of cloth interior and it works great.
