Bleeding injectors

how are you, i have a quick question and maybe you can answer, I put injectors in my '97 f250 PSD and need to know how to get started without damage to the injectors, I guess I need to bleed fuel lines? Also I keep trying to order a radiator core support for the same truck, the numbers I have are the same as your numbers but I keep getting the wrong part, i get one for the smaller radiator or w/o a/c. any info?

To start the truck after injectors first fill the fuel filter can with fuel and put the lid back on. Next fill the HPOP reservoir (see pics) and the oil rails (remove ICP sensor on drivers side and plug on passenger side) with new clean engine oil. Then I usually unplug the Cam sensor and crank over a few times to get the oil and fuel moving. Plug in the Cam sensor and it should fire off pretty quick but it may take 3 or 4 30 second cranks intervals with a 30 second rest in between

Also if you haven't already crank the engine over with the glow plugs removed. this ensures that there isn't oil and fuel pooled in there that can hydro lock the engine and possible bend a connecting rod.

On the core support issue that is very common. It seems about the only place to get the correct core support is from Ford or a used one. I know others have dealt with this first hand but I have not. I found one used out of a burned truck but thats all the core supports I have purchased.
