94' crewcab 351w running rich, black smoke.
I've replaced just about all the sensors, checked fuel pressures, timing, and vacuums. I do not have a sticky egr, thermactors work great, only code I get is 111, system pass. I did find that the egr tube was cracked, not sure if hat could cause the o2 sensor to read lean do to escaping exhaust gasses and tell the PCM to richen fuel mixture. Truck doesn't like to run until it's warmed up. My new egr tube is on the way, but I'm at wits end with the thing, only other possibility is maybe my pcv valve? Please give a helping hand

Just some thoughts
If the crack in the egr could be letting in a little extra air, then the O2 sensor COULD possibly be demanding more fuel because it would seem to be lean -- this assumes that some of the flow could go the other way.
I'm surprised that it's not complaining about out of range fuel trims -- I think that was part of the first OBD systems.
Just one other thought -- could anything else be causing the smoke, or is it running poorly?

yes, 334 fixed, it came on because i had the sensor out of the egr and whatnot. it will start up at first, rev to about 1600 and die, crank it a while and maybe a fire or two in the cylinders. but nothing to keep it running until you do this until it gets a little warm. it smokes very little when its warmed up, unless you throttle up on it. i pulled into the gas station with it running with a little high idle that its had for awhile, and i went pull out and it started boughing down and was instantly getting too much fuel like it is now.
once again, thanks for input guys

fuel pressures were within specs (35-45 i think it was) and i vacuum tested the regulator and made sure when disconnected fuel pressure increases about 10psi. i also let the truck run with the pressure gauge connected for about 10 minutes and it stayed the same and never went above normal pressure.

last time i drove it was about a week ago and it gave me HEGO indicates lean for a code. the engine light came on after a few miles and went off shortly after. it ran decent because it was warmed up but still smoked a little. today the ford dealer should have the egr tube so i'll let ya know how that works out.
