I've done it about 15 times so far. Why do you ask?
Just curious... I have done it a few times... I ran the 87 performance first and after a few miles decided to try the 93 performance with a little 87 left I filled with 93 and had a lot of rattle so I went back to the 87 and now after several tanks of 93 I decided to try the 93 tune again to see what it does with the mileage...

Interesting. Your knock sensor should take care of that unless it needs more than 4 degrees timing pulled out.
When do you get the rattle, at partial throttle or WOT? If it's WOT, you can add more fuel or pull timing out.
If it does it again, contact Mike, I'm sure he'll take care of you.

I assume it was the mixture of gas that was causing it.. It was rattling pretty bad on accel and when under load..
When pulling my 16ft utility I also noticed with the 87 tune and 87 octane it had a little knock when under load so I started running 93 with the 87 tune and had no issues with good mileage.. Just lately decided to try the 93 tune with 93 octane to see if it affects anything... I flashed it this morning but haven't drove it yet...
Twice for me. I initially tried the 87 towing w/o overdrive. I didn't care for the performance so I went to the 87 towing with overdrive and I'm much happier with the truck performance.
