Wow, Can't Help you with your problem, but I have a similar one.... on my 89 F350, I have the right brake light not working normally. Now, if I have my left flasher on, my right brake light works just fine... and my right flasher works fine also... my dome light doesnt work at all... crazy...

It's a ground problem. One of the lights is not grounded properly and it is backfeeding thru the other lights searching for a ground. Also check every bulb closely even if it's working. I have seen a dual filament bulb have one of the filaments broken and it falls down across the other filament causing weird problems.

check your right side blinker / marker lights, make sure you have an 1157 dual filament bulbs in there and not an 1156 single filament bulbs.
