E350 cargo Van 1985 fuel problem
I have no power to the two leads that attach to the top of the front tank with the key on.
I can't see enough of the motor to tell if it has been converted to electric fuel pumps or if the plug on top of the tanks is just for the gas guage sender. Does it use a manual pump attached to the motor as well as in tank pumps? Remember mine was made in May of 85 and is the 9800 lb cargo van with a 351 motor.
I bought a new in tank fuel pump off ebay but have not dropped the tanks yet.
Is anyone familiar enough the the 86 Cargo Master conversion to help me figure out what is wrong? Truck will start with starting fluid nothing without out it.
Is this relayy I found the fuel relay? Where is it supposed to be located on the 86? Does the 86 have the fuel cut off switch? Auto Zone has no info on it.Looked at a Haynes manual but it was no help.
Can someone help me out? Thanks, Scott
UPDATE!
I got her running never mind. Thanks
