have you looked for the VIN on the frame? that would give you all the info you need.
I have heard of them being on the passenger side near the front cab mount.

I tried pulling frame VIN. Didn't find anything in the two spots it should be. All I found was some numbers on the passenger side by the driveshaft hanger bearing. Outside frame. And front drivers side by the power steering box (4x4) outside frame. Can't seem to decipher the numbers

maybe you should start a thread describing exactly what you are after info wise and share what info you do have.
makes it easier to help and know what's needed.

I need to replace my secondary (underside) gas tank. Can you tell me where you ordered yours and if there were any issues with the install?
Thanks in advance.

I like this thread as I want to relocate my tank as well. I don't have any smell of gas but would like it out of cab with more capacity. I'm looking for the easiest install.

I was thinking about the gas tanks with the toolbox that you could put in bed of truck. Would these work? I want to get some sort of box in the back but don't want it to big. I'm not sure how many gallons these boxes hold.

Anyways just wondering if anyone has done one

Several people have used the toolbox tanks. I might switch mine to one eventually if the funds become available, but AC first.
