I agree with you 5 Star about seeing what needs to be done to safe off the bottom of the radiator so no air would by pass the radiator. That part wouldn't be rocket science.
Here's a photo of the truck.
Thanks for your responses and I'll let you know my progress.

Hi thats a beautiful truck Awesum choice of colours as well
Are those the original tires and rims? When I bought my 65 N600 I was told that the split rims that were original to the vehicle were illegal to have here in Maine.
After taking the truck to a better truck mechanic to do some work I asked the question about split rim's being illegal in Maine and he said they weren't, it was just nobody wanted to work on them because they were dangerous.
So it cost me $2,000.00 to put new rims and 6 new tires on it only to have the truck vandalized and 2 tires punctured.
Those are original rims Bob and the rear tires (duallys) are brand new Firestone with what I would call snow tires. Same pattern as years ago. The tires are 7.50x20. The front tires of the same size are older and have some weather checking on them. I will replace them as soon as I get the truck on the road.
Sorry to hear about vandals damaging your tires. Sounds like the truck was left in a remote area. Mine won't fit in my two car garage without modifying the garage and I may do that. My camp that is remote has a 59 and 63 Ford tractor parked there and I'm concerned remotely about vandals. Knock on wood after twenty years, no problems.
