I picked up a 99 Superduty awhile ago.
Wondering what to do with it , keep it , sell it or do it up with lift etc?
I dont need this truck I have a 02 already so I can paint it , lift it , beat on it do whatever I want but its a hard decision.
I could probably part it out , just dont know.....................

Just park it, and you'll have a spare when you need it.
I recently parted out my 99 F250. Sold off the parts that I didn't need, and kept the rest for spares for my truck I.E., 7.3 Engine, computer, radiators, coolers, front clip, bumpers, ect...I wish i would have kept it in one piece....(my truck has been down for two weeks with trany problems.)
If i had a extra super duty like that, since it already has a winch, 4 inch lift Detroit locker for the rear, and mickey thompson baja claws, that will about do it, far as suspension goes, 4 inch exhaust and a good air intake, wicked wheel or ats housing, gauges, and DP tuner. It would be set. JMOP Or a good start.
I thought about keeping it for spare parts , but things go wrong when left sitting around.
Ive got a project 78 Ford and its rotting away not being driven.

That's why I don't have any project resto's sitting around myself.
Too busy fixing everyone else's cars.
I'd keep it if it were me...especially if its not costing you anything and you don't need the money. Drive it once a week and everything should be fine with it. Would be a shame to part out a truck that has nothing wrong with it.
Make it a wheelin rig. Then you don't have to worry about beating on your 02'. There are a lot of things that I would want to do to my truck if it wasn't also my daily driver.
Its a good lookin truck.... I like the rack in the back. I wanna find something like that myself and mount some lights before my move to Vegas. It would help out alot for the really dark and not so traveled roads at night time. Light it up like daylight. Park the truck man. You never know when your DD is goin to crap out on ya. Like Lisa said. Drive it once a week.
Well the trading bug got me.
I traded it for a 99 Volvo V60 (or V70?) wagon for my wife.
Red with tan leather seats.
I also got a 1994 F-250 supercab.
So I got 2 for 1
Bummer man......You could of made some money off the rack and wench lol....But it sounds like you got a pretty good deal though. Congrats on the new rides!
