Popping Noise

My 2002 Ford F150 Crew Cab has recently developed a popping noise in the left rear of the truck. It seems like it just does it whenever i go over a bump or make a steep turn. I talked to a guy the other day said it sounded like a bent shock to him. Any help would be appreciated

spray the rear shackle with some lubricating spray.

Get under there and check everything out. It could be a shock, which if you havent changed in a while, wouldnt hurt to do so. Do you have dual exhaust? On my 97 Flareside, one of the pipes would knock around on bumps. Also check spare tire and carrier.

It's just a stock truck it's got about 99,000 on it I'll climb under it and check it thanks for the input I'll let u guys know if I see anything out of the ordinary

Well I got up under her a min ago and everything looks fine to me I thought it could have been the spare but it was in place and didn't budge, I can jump up and down on the bed and it will not pop just whenever I'm going, it's doing it in forward and reverse I don't know where to go from here
