Exhaust Leak??

Exhaust Leak??
OK i've had my 06 6.0 SD for about a year i bought the truck already done EGR delete head studs fuel pump and so on i have what i think is a exhaust leak loud wistle under the hood its not the turbo i think it the up pipe i believe thats what its called where the EGR delete is done there is a weld where that would of been anyways it not leaking from the weld and the bolts to that small piece of pipe are tight on both ends but u can grab the pipe and its loose and rattels my question is...is there gaskets in the small piece of pipe that im missing thats why it leaks and wistles and feels loose? sorry so long but wanted to explain whats going on i want to fix it myself u know money is tight And its been driving me crazy!!
