Hey Mantta -
Funny is a bit of an understatement. I had to print out the Fla. and a couple other states to show hubby. You have to wonder what was going on when these laws were written.
I've actually seen some of the divorce lawyers down here try and use a couple of these laws, checked our statutes and they really do exist.

I like this one:
State Laws: Rhode Island
"Any marriage where either of the parties is an idiot or lunatic is null and void. -SECTION 11-40-1 "
That makes SO many mariages there null and void.

What I found amusing how many states and/or cities have this one. I never realized there was that big a problem:
"You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time."

Uh oh, does that include ice cream sandwiches? I think I'm in trouble.
One I know that they didn't have down is that in Bremerton, WA , horses still have the right of way. I wouldn't test it out to see if it was still enforced tho
