Yeah its real easy. Jack it up just enough that the tires are barely touching the ground. Measure from the ground to the top of the wheel well. Set it down, measure again. There's your calculation! 
I suppose someone super smart (aka... not me) could determine the spring rate and weight placed over each end and somehow figure it out if you really needed.
