ESP Service contract??

Well Im looking to buy a Ford ESP service contract the premiumCare.. But have some questions.. The salesman tells me that the premium covers everything except maintenance items and pre existing conditions.. He said the EGR is covered but did not mention cooler.. He also stated I needed to have car check by a company called centro inspections($125.00) added to the $1650. for a 12/12 premium care package..

My question is if anyone knows how is ford to deal with for warranty claims.. If my egr goes a month down the road are they going to say it was a pre existing condition.. Does anyone know if the egr cooler is covered by premium care.. I know egr is.. (states on web site) just not sure about cooler.. Is it worth spending this money on a chance the egr might blow.. I ran an oasis report and the truck was only in twice to dealer.. once for recall degaus bottle and once for ficm repair..

Would like peoples opinion on esp premium care... Do they pay or do they try to get out of paying?? Also any info about this so called inspection??

Thanks in advance

egr cooler and oil cooler are coveredon FORDS esp. I would be a little worried though from who you are buy from. Ford does not require an out side service to inspect your truck. thats sound rather fishy.
call a different dealer and ask for the finance dept. those are the guy that sell it.

also seems funny as the price seems a little cheeper then what I remember it being but I could be wrong. that warrant will not give you the 7/200k on the engine. that diesel care does.

For one thing we don't know what you have or the mileage? I didn't have to have some obscure co. inspect my truck. Are you sure it's a Ford ESP thru a dealer and not a dealer specific warranty.

If it is a Ford ESP service contract. The way I see it, if they can't do there own inspection than they won't be working on my truck..That's for sure..

It is a ford ESP contract.. but Im buying it Via internet its a lot cheaper.. Ford esp requires inspection if the truck or car is not purchased through dealership or is out of warranty.... I thought it was ham and eggs.. but the local ford dealer said the same thing They(at my expense APPROX 2HRS SHOP)would have to inspect car before they issued a contract... Thanks to everyone . I appreciate the help....
