I'm having trouble unscrewing them. First of all I can't get a good grip and when I do they wont screw out. Also, I've got some aluminum around my spark plugs and on my exhaust manifolds. What exactly is it? It looked like it served no purpose so I bent it out of the way, then put it back.
If the plug will move at all, you can usually remove it by working it slightly, sideways and back-forth.. You can also apply some wd 40 to try to lubricate the threads (as if I could on the passenger side plugs!). Also short piece of vacuum hose will help in tight spot when you get them freer.
Shuld be a cold engine when you do it too, but it's cold all over
