Trouble Starting

Hey guys and girls have a question the past month or so when the motor is cold i have a hard time starting cranks for a while before starting drive 5 miles shut off and restart fires right up. Starts right away when hot.. Any ideas? 06 F250 SD

When cold does it stall a bit and not have the same amount of power as warm? E.G. you start up and start going down the road, it feels as if someone were playing with a clutch and causing it lurch.

No runs fine cold and hot. Well sometimes a little sluggish at take off.
