Stumped
Codes 23 and 32

TPS sensor below normal voltage

EGR Valve below normal voltage

Both I checked and they did check like new with the voltmeter and the hand vacuum pump

Mileage is bad ... what gives?

Just checked the manifold vacuum.

14 hg at idle

rev it up it drops to almost zero then goes up to 20 then stabilizes to 14

Tried everything again and everything works fine, no misses at idle or anything.

But mileage is 8 mpg ... if that much.

I'll read the KOER codes again when I come back from home depot and see if something different pops up.

What voltage reading did you get for the TPS?
What is the fuel pressure?

Ah ... I did not get to the fuel pressure yet.

The voltage of the tps was 5 volts at the harness, a hair under 1 volt closed and 4.5 at WOT
