No. They are built in Kentucky. Many of the parts come from Mexico and other places. The diesel engine partly comes from Mexico. I believe the frame, body and much of the rest of it is built in Kentucky, however.
I thought that was just the new 6.7 Mexistroke engine that was built in Mexico.
Thought the truck was still built in US (KY I think?). Not much has changed on the actual truck, just the engines. Why would they move the plant for just a face lift to the truck?

louisville kentucky was the final assembly plant i took my 2006 f350 in for a virginia state inspection and when they peeled the old state inspection sticker they also peeled my final assembly plant sticker assembled with pride in the usa at the home of the excursion/ superduty louisville kentucky. so i went off on the ford dealer for peeling the sticker they said they could get another one but low and behold they couldnt all they could come up with was a 2008 model sticker and they said the new ones 2011 said mexico. and ford wont hesitate to move an assembly plant they closed the best f150 plant here in norfolk.
They are not built in Mexico but they used to be. When I ordered my truck in 01, Kentucky was the lead plant with over flow orders going to Mexico. I had to order 2 trucks to get the build # from Kentucky truck (even though I requested it be KTP on the first one). The KTP truck came in first and the dealer sold the Mexico truck off the lot. Not sure what year they stopped all togethor in Mexico but assume it was in 03 or so.
Here is a pic of the sticker on the windshield of my 2001 f250 Super Crew with a 5.4 liter gas motor. The sticker was made the way it looks. It looks cracked, but it was made to look like that. Pic isn't the best, but it will do.
