help with AE code
I have a 1999 F 7.3 psd and when I try to retrieve vehicle info and Vin# with AE scan tool I get this code (ecm#10 engine) and no vehicle info, what does this mean.

I haven't tried to retrieve the info yet. But, I have called AE tech support for another vehicle. They were very friendly, helpful and encouraged me to call back any time.
