Can any of you give me any ideas as to what you've done to repair rust holes in your truck beds?
I bought, and received today, patch panels from NPD.
Panels are 15" wide x 48" long which I knew when ordering.
After laying them in the bed to see how they will install, I don't like it. Will have to have a seam across the middle of the bed.
Do any of you know of a source to purchase a one-piece bed panel so the repair will look original and correct?
Love to hear what any of you have done if you've had this problem. My rust is at the front of the bed and most of the way across - where a toolbox had been mounted for years - leaves sat under there and wa lah!
well sorry guys. AFTER I made this post - I did a search on this subject in the forums.
Seems as many have the same problem but I didn't see any answer suitable to me.
Will continue the search - may wind up having a metal shop bend up the whole panel for me so it will look correct. We'll $ee
