Electrical problems
I have a 2006 ford ranger. a few weeks back the abs light came on then the emerg brake lite then the air bag light. then it started running rough, when i turned off the ac it started running fine . then i turned on the lights --running rough again. it finally killed at a red light. i brought the battery in and tested fine just need charging. put the battery in and every thing was fine . a few hours later it started the same process again. I pulled the alternator and brought it to a rebulid shop and they said it was fine they tested the battery and said IT was bad. I changed the battery and it was fine for a few weeks. yesterday it started acting up again after i turned it of it would not start. this morning it starts right up. I ran it a little while shut it off and it started right up again???????
