Well, I got the VC and other stuff out of my way this morning.
The first thing I noticed was this
There is alot of movement in and out.
I also noticed that there are newer injectors in cylinders #4 #5 and #7.
I am preparing to do the compression test, Is there anything I should know/do first?
Thanks all, I really appreciate it

I usually pull the IDM relay and all the GP's so I don't wear out the battery

Yeap, and maybe hurt something else and is the culprit of the issue.
