(302) 4R70W, 3.55 Reg, 4X2, the mileage is mixted, its mostly in city with trafic if i go on the hwy its only for 20/30 minutes twice a week.

Gotcha, I figured it'd be a lil better with the mods. I drive in a pretty big variety of traffic and average about 17. My truck pretty much stock.

Thats good, yea the Bumper to bumper traffic, kills my MPG !

Jason, my diesel gets 18mpg in Austin traffic... Got a little over 21mpg going to Dallas and back last Saturday. Not braggin' or nothin, just sayin. LoL. I will feel your pain shortly w/ my F-150. Especially going from a diesel w/ 2 tanks and 500+ miles between fill ups to a 302 w/ 1 tank...

Damn, crapload of forced induction trucks on here......I ain't got nothin special...Just GT40 heads(gasket matched), gasket matched intake, 56mm BBK TB, 1.7 Cran RR's, Mark 8 E-fan conversion, 460 intake tube, drop in filter,130 amp PSD alternator,4 core radiator, underdrive pulleys...probly some other stuff.
