I'm back...sorry I left!

Been gone for too long, Now I'm back. Just had and have alot going on. I changed from an desk job to a posistion where I dont get much time on a computer. It was a change for the good! I was getting fat n lazy. Since I was last active around here I joined the gym(takes up alot of time going there too) and my health is better also! I'm going to make it a point to stop by more often. But on the good side of it I have lost over 40 pounds and putting on muscle at the same time. I felt I should be in better shape to run and play with my 4 year old son more than anything else. So I had to put alot of stuff on the back burners for a while....I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal but I will make time for Mississippi Chapter.

First and foremost, congats on the weight loss as well as the job change. Health and family do come first, without those, this is no fun.
Welcome back and post when you can
