want to repower my 02 f250 with a big six cylinder diesel any advise?????

Given enough money, you can fit any engine into a Super Duty frame.
Mercedes, Kubota, GMC, Duramax, Cat, Cummins, Yanmar, Perkins......what ever your little heart desires.

what would be a good reliable choice then because the 4.2lt isn't what i really want and the 7.3 powerstrokes seams to be a bit unreliable

I had a '95 and now have a '00. No problems with either 7.3 PSDs.

Just my opinion from looking at the website posted in post 2.... Anyone who would spend 10-12k putting a dodge engine in one of these trucks is an idiot... Not just the cummins, but any engine swap.
