I put my 4 channel amp under the drivers side of the back seat. I ran 4 g wire through the firewall & under the carpet to the amp. It took about 12 ft of wire. I ran my ground to one of the rear seat bolts. I ran my rca wires down the passengers side. It took 20 ft rca cables to reach the amp.

I stuck my amp under the rear seat and ran the cable down by the door and drilled a hole through the passenger firewall and ran it to the battery. I used lots of silicone on the cable and the hole to protect the cable and keep moisture out.

I found the clutch grommet up in the drivers side footwell and ran the cable up through that after cutting a small hole using a utility knife. Afterwards, I fished the wire up through the plastic wire guide against the engine firewall across to the battery. All hidden away from eyes and away from any pinch points.

In the cab, I ran it across to the left side of the truck and ran it underneath the driver side foot step in with the wire harness on the floorboard, and around the back of the bench seat mount. The grounding cable is using one of the rear bench seat mounting bolts. I ran the RCA cables along the same path up to the radio.

Mine went up through the drivers side footwell, I don't remember where it passed through but I don't believe a hole needed to be added(I didn't install but I watched)

Mine to went through the wire guide, I don't know how hard it was to fish through but we removed mine added the wire and put it back(was a simple procedure) Fuse was added and screwed to the plastic cover(don't know what it covers) on the firewall just behind/beside the battery.

Inside the cab it ran down the drivers side kick panel then across the floor just behind the seat and out through a hole cut in the center of the floor mat

If you want I can measure the lenght of the wire used in mine, Since I pulled it all out and boxed it up the other day.
