for 53 - 56 :
The Letter and 2 numbers are the series (ie: F25 = F250-3/4 ton) , the next letter is the engine code. D for example is the 215-6. The next number is the year. (ie : 4 would be 1954) The next letter is the assembly plant (ie: F = Dearborn, MI) the last 6 digits are the production sequence.
I figured that out by the book, but The production code, which is the last thing on the second line of numbers and the domestic special order no. which is directly below that. I want to know how to decode them.
