I get them on X Plan and that would probably be about $33,000 on that sticker price. Tell them you don't want to pay more than invoice. If they won't show it to you, go somewhere else that will.
Thanks juneau. I can use the x plan through my company I work for. Wanted to keep that in my back pocket. Wanted to see if I can do better than the x plan

And as for you Timmy I can be " BIG JJIM F150'
X-plan is .04% over dealer cost. You'll only do better if you can use A,D or Z plans.
Shop carefully for your financing rates. I just bought a 2010 Focus on X-plan. I had a total of $3200 in rebates and incentives from Ford. I got 1.9% financing and was still able to use $1250 in rebates and I saved a total of $3200 in finance charges over the life of the loan. That worked out better for me.
Ford isn't being overly generous in factory incentives in my area right now, I think it's $2500 for an XLT and higher trim level. $1500 for XL and STX.
When I bought mine at the end of May I got $4500 rebates and they had something crazy like 8.9% financing. I asked the salesman if he was nuts. Since the wife and I have pretty decent credit they got me a 3.79% for 72 mos. from some bank in Ohio. Plus I had some coupon I got from the dealer near me I had all the work done on my diesel last year that they honored, IIRC it was $1500 over KBB for my trade. KBB was like 18k but it was lifted and had stacks, so I guess they need to find someone looking for that. Got like 16,500 for it but still owed 11500 so thats why I went 72 mos. I can always make an extra payment or pay a little extra a month. I never saw it on their lot so I'm SURE the dealer still made out OK... And the salesman said they would sell it on their lot and not send it to auction. I think someone that works there might have bought it. One of my buddies lives around Ephrata PA and he has seen it several times. Oh, and the salesman told me the deal I got was better than I could've gotten with the Xplan. Maybe, maybe not, never mapped it out. I was happy with the payment he got me to, and that was the deciding factor.

Agree...it's the life of the loan minus financing... 0% financing, and I'd be hard pressed to take any dealer incentive with a higher rate, but would lap up the FORD ones.
Go hit edmunds.com, and build the truck (down to the last option). That will give you both the MSRP & Invoice prices. Alternatively, you can ask the dealership for the price sheet, but it has been my experience that they are usually reluctant to provide a copy.
With some haggling, you can generally get a dealer down to invoice. If the dealership accepts it, the X Plan pricing gets you just under invoice pricing with no haggling...at least for the purchase price of the new vehicle.
Per the Ford Partner website, the current X Plan pricing formula is:

X-plan gets you below dealer invoice and close to dealer cost.

I figured that "close to" and "below" were pretty synonymous. However, to ensure complete accuracy, I have edited my original post with the X Plan pricing formula currently published on the Ford Partner website.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be ****. You have however made some great points and we should all appreciate that.
No worries, Tim! It was worth mentioning that X Plan pricing is below invoice, in hindsight.
There was a part of me that did not want to say that originally because I have seen the X Plan pricing bounce between +/-4% at least twice over the past 5 or 6 years.
