Coolant Temp sensor???

Yeppers, it's the only sensor on the passenger side of the block, it's on the block itself and not the head, jam your arm down the side and grope the block for something and you'll find it.
Note: You may have to literally crawl atop the engine to get to it depending on how tall you are/how long your arms are.
Note of caution: Do this only while the engine is completely cold and has sat for at least an hour or longer, the exhaust pipes get very hot very quick coming off the exhaust manifold.
Extra note: If you can't find it this way, crawl under the truck and look up with a flash light, you should be able to see it on the block from underneath but I'm fairly sure it's unreachable from underneath. It has a little one-wire affair attached to it.
