no fuel

i have a 1999 f350 7.3 with 202000 i was driveing about 35 mph and the truck stared to act like it was running out of fuel and it cut off . i was able to start it up again but it wold only runn at idle speed . iput 10 gallons of fuel in it just to be sure it had enough fuel since it was at an eighth of a tank. then it started and ran for about 3minutes and acted like it was running out og fuel agian.already changedthe fuel filter

open the fuel bowl drain and see if fuel dumps with the key on (engine off) or you may have clogged up filters in the tank.

Welcome to FTE..
When you just turn the key on(no start)can you hear the fuel pump running for 20secs?

i have a po603 internal ctrl module kam error and a

po470 exhaust pressure snser ckt fault (willnot cleaR)

Fuel bowl is full, and no smoke out of the tail pipe when cranking over.

Does your glow plug light come on then go off after a couple of seconds when you turn the key to on? Can you hear the fuel pump humming for 20 seconds after the key is turned on as mentioned? How's your engine oil level?

Oil on the full mark, fuel pump is humming, wait to start light comes on for about 10-20 secs.

Here is some more stats from the scanner all while cranking engine over:

140 rpms
ICP 700-1000 psi
IPR% 15% sitting up to 65% cranking over
EBP psi- 53
EBPV 4.9
fuel lvl inpV- 0
Fuel lvl inp%- 0

koeo test po605 Internal ctrl module ROM error
po470 still stands
po603 is erased and hasn't came back

can I rule out cps since the gauge and the scanner is showing rpm's (150)?

So IPR goes up to 65% and ICP peaks out at 1000 or less? Try unplugging the ICP sensor and see if that helps?

Unplugged icp, no change. No smoke at all out of tail pipie.

Still got the scanner handy? Watch voltage while cranking. Below 10.5 volts we've seen issues where the IDM would not fire the injectors. Low ICP is still a concern. How full is your engine oil? Any blown fuses?

The truck may have an aftermarket chip installed in 99-00, I have looked everywhere and can not find anything that would resemble such a thing. Where could it be?

If you're not getting any white smoke while cranking the injectors are not firing. Check the IDM relay fuse under the hood. Fuse # 27 - 30 Amp Maxi.

Chips are installed on the back of the PCM down by the e-brake pedal.
