OK you know I know you and I guess I like you to ***** but is the GD necessary? I am a Christian man and even though I don't look like it that offends some people. Not being a hater just bustin' *****. Please lighten up on here.

Anyway back on topic, well the latest topic. ***** you know me and you know I like to drink and I think I know you too pretty well. But if someone was to show up with the "REAL" stuff I promise you 3-5 shots is all it takes. You know I am a connoisseur of fime mountain whiskey but the "REAL" stuff will put a hurting on most people I know. Even me. Heck I drink liquor every day I breathe but the good stuff is something to savor. Not all this BS I have seen lately especially the "pumpkin' pie" it is just diluted sugar/starch water.

Just my $.02

Last time I talked to you, Talyn, you said you were in TN, lol.

+1 on watching the GD.

Guys, I went to a truck pull last night, and a superduty 7.3 PSD put on a heck of a show.
It was mainly sponsored by a prosthetics company.
I was sitting at end of the track.
He hooks on, flags are green. He starts to spool the turbo and... POP!
All I could hear was wistle before the POP, the smoke went white. I sighed, sitting next to my chevy loving father-in-law.
But the officials let him take it back to the infield to fix his popped intake boot.
At that point I had hope again.

In first was a '96 cummins, owned by the owner of the largest diesel shop in our area, I knew that no cost was spared on this truck,
and in 2nd, an '02 Duramax also owned by one of the owners of the diesel shop.
Both trucks were in the 290's but I couldn't remember exactly what the numbers were.
So after a few minutes the golden drw w/ srw bed, pulls back up to the sled.
He starts to wind it up, takes off, smoke just a pourin'!
I knew with the whistle it was emitting, and the smoke not ever coming close to clearing up that he had a chance. He shifted up a gear at about the 100' mark, and he had that sled movin then.
When it was all done he was the only truck to get a full pull @ 310.something feet.
That was the 3.0 class.

In the open class, he pulled last again, the cummins pulled again and a different duramax, called MAD MAX (the third in the diesel shop fleet.).
Once again the PSD was the only truck with a full pull. The margin was closer though. he won by about 3 feet. MAD MAX in 2nd, but he broke something in the 4x4 driveline right at the end.
It was AWESOME!

It's the powertrain.
Ford has the powertrain.
Not just some motor, or a trans.

Liquor does me different neal.
Doesn't help I drink everclear often as well. Southern Everclear.
The good stuff. =)

We had a big soda bottle between 3 of us we drank that up and a case of beer.

If I'm drinking beer, some good liquor does weird things to my drunk. Its kinda refreshing when partying, I Just switch to Vodka and cranberries and all of a sudden I'm going the other way, then You get drunk again. hah

Different days different things though too.
Just the way it works.
I had sheared all day that day. I can really pound them after I've sheared.
